Today, August 21. Arcana of the day — The Lovers, 6
The child destiny matrix is a numerological calculation based on your child's date of birth, using the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot (Natalia Ladini method). It is a unique energetic "portrait" that shows most clearly up to approximately ages 15–20, revealing your child's innate character, strengths, and talents.
Core — the primary energy
At the core of every matrix is a person's primary energy — the one determined by their date of birth. This energy stays with a person throughout their entire life and is the main characteristic of their personality, their "core".
Child arcana — a temporary layer
While a child is young, additional arcana from the child matrix layer on top of this primary energy. Over time these energies gradually fade away, leaving only the main arcana. This is why the child matrix describes the current period specifically and helps you understand your child here and now.

Core — the child's character
The child's character and true nature; the personality "core" determined by date of birth.
Mom / Dad rays — strengths
Positive qualities inherited through each parent's line.
Base points — growth zones
Energies children tend to express in their shadow side; these require gentle attention.
Main life task
The energy the child most needs to experience harmoniously.
Energy polarity
The upper energies in the triangles tend to give the child positive character traits. The lower energies are those children more often express in their shadow side — they deserve attention because this is where the child shows the more challenging aspects of their nature. At the very top is the primary energy, the personality core.
In the child matrix, seemingly opposite energies often sit side by side — for example, the Emperor and the Empress, the most masculine and most feminine arcana. This is perfectly normal: the child expresses both sides at once. For instance, when the Emperor is in its shadow, a child might be domineering with friends yet gentle with animals — which is the positive side of the Empress. That is why understanding the polarity of each energy matters so much.
The calculation principle is the same as for the adult matrix — what differs are the zone names and the interpretation of values.
- Age of application
- the child lens applies while the child is growing up; different schools put the transition to the adult matrix at 14, 16, or 18–20 years
- What we interpret
- character and primary energy, talents and activities, strengths and weaknesses along parental lines, the main life task
- What we do not interpret
- adult finances, romantic and sexual relationships, partner compatibility
- Birth time
- not needed — date of birth is sufficient
Character and primary energy
Who the child is at their core and what personality "nucleus" is encoded in their date of birth.
Strengths along parental lines
What positive qualities are inherited through the mother's line and through the father's line.
Growth zones
Where the child shows challenging traits and where they need gentle, supportive guidance.
Talents and suitable activities
Innate inclinations and where to channel energy so it is not scattered in all directions.
Main life task
The energy the child most needs to experience harmoniously.
Parenting anchor
What to lean on when raising this child and how to guide gently without breaking.
The talent zone reveals a child's innate inclinations — what comes most naturally and brings them joy. It is a guide to their abilities, not a guarantee of a future career.
Which activities and classes to choose
Understanding a child's strengths makes it easier to choose clubs and activities that suit their nature, rather than spreading them across everything at once: creative energy blossoms in the arts, kinetic energy in sports, analytical energy in the exact sciences. The matrix helps you point the way — not impose a direction.
- Creative energy
- The arts
- Energy of movement
- Sport
- Analytical mind
- Exact sciences
Understanding the child matrix, we can see more clearly which energies are currently active in the child and where they need support. This helps us avoid forcing the child into "correct" behavior and instead guide them gently, helping them live their energies harmoniously from an early age.
Any "shadow" aspects of energies can be turned into their positive expression. The matrix is a tool and an anchor: the child remains a unique individual, not a projection of parental expectations. The best role a parent can play here is to be a foundation of support, not a lecturer.
- Forcing "correct" behavior
- Gentle guidance
- A label for life
- A tool and an anchor
- A projection of expectations
- A separate individual
The best role a parent can play is to be a source of support, not a lecturer.

The algorithm builds the map
The octagram is constructed from the 22 Major Arcana.
Read the interpretation
Character, strengths, and recommendations for parents.
The map can be built from birth. It is most informative to revisit it at transitional stages — preschool, starting school, adolescence — when the child is changing and needs support the most. It is a tool for self-knowledge and guidance, not a label.
From birth
The map can be built right away
Preschool
First adaptation in a group
School
New demands and new roles
Adolescence
The most turbulent stage
The calculation is identical — the same octagram based on the date of birth. What differs is the interpretation: the focus is on character, talents, strengths and weaknesses, and parenting. The adult love and financial lines are not interpreted in the child reading.
The child lens applies while the child is growing up. Different schools put the transition to the adult matrix at 14, 16, or 18–20 years.
No. The date of birth is sufficient — day, month, and year. No time or place is required.
Yes, the calculation is possible from birth. It is most informative to revisit the matrix at transitional stages: preschool, starting school, adolescence.

No. The matrix is a tool for self-knowledge, not a prediction. Any "shadow" aspects of energies can be turned into their positive expression. The key is not to label the child, but to be their anchor.
Yes, the talent zone points to inclinations — creativity, sport, exact sciences — so you do not scatter the child's energy across everything at once. It is a guide to abilities, not a guarantee of a career.
Yes, it is safe. The method is based on numerology and Tarot archetypes. It does not predict misfortune and has nothing to do with occult practices.
The Destiny Matrix method was created by Natalia Ladini in 2006, based on the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot and numerology. The project's methodologist and curator is Alena Baranenkova.
